Spring Reminders

Spring has sprung - Front porches must be tidy with no trash or furniture made for inside use on the outside front porch.  This is also a good time for some spring cleaning on the inside too. These things are part of the housekeeping requirement in your signed leases. 

We have a new lawn maintenance company this year. We are very excited to have them join our team.

Please be reminded that there is a $25 fine for all toys and other items left on the sidewalks and grassy areas.
